Received an item that doesn’t match the order you placed? Don’t worry, our exchange policy is simple and hassle-free. At Ascension International, we understand that online shopping can be daunting. That’s why we are committed to providing you with peace of mind. Our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free for you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Ascension International also offers returns and exchanges for international orders. Cancellation requests can be accommodated within the first 28 hours of placing the order.
Damages and Issues
Please record an unboxing video upon receipt and inspect your order immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Items
We are happy to exchange most items if the size or color is incorrect. However, customized or engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the error was made by us
How to Exchange
For the fastest service, place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for a refund. Alternatively, you can ship the original item back to us, and we will dispatch the replacement item once we receive the original.
Processing Time
Exchange processing typically takes anywhere from a few days to two weeks, depending on how quickly the returned item reaches us and the time needed to prepare any custom orders, if applicable.
International Exchanges
For customers outside of Pakistan, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This is the quickest and easiest way to ensure you get the item you want.
Combine Shipping
Thinking of exchanging an item? You can add your exchange item to any new order you place and pay for combined shipping. This saves you both time and shipping expenses.
Condition of Returned Goods
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned to the exact condition they were received. The item must be unworn, unused, with all original bags, tags, and labels attached and intact, free from damage.
Packaging
To help us process your return efficiently, please ensure items are folded neatly and packaged securely. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
For International Returns
To avoid additional charges, please clearly label the package and customs documents as “Returned Goods”. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at +92-325-5335500.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. If your refund is not approved, we will inform you, and you will have the option to place a new order using the equivalent value as credit.
Please also note that we generally respond to customer inquiries faster via WhatsApp. Please note our office hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). Inquiries received after 1:00 PM on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will typically be addressed the following Monday or Tuesday.
